Instructions

  1. Create resin seed bead bezels by adding a few drops of resin to blank bezel. Add seed beads and add more drops of resin to top of bead pile being careful not to overflow. Let sit for 5 minutes so resin can level out. NOTE: pop any air bubbles with toothpick.
  2. Turn UV lamp on and put bezel into UV lamp chamber or outside in direct sunshine for 5-15 minutes depending on intensity of UV.
  3. Glue filigree backing to back of bezel using WeldBond glue. Let dry (usually 24 hours).
  4. Cut the following chain:  2 sets of 3 links large chain,  2 pieces of medium copper chain 4.5 inches each, 17 inches of the medium silver chain, 16 ¼ inches of the small copper chain, and 3 sets of 2 inches of the small copper chain.
  5. Create 3 dangles by stringing the following onto an eyepin: 3mm crystal, 6mm black drop crystal, Batik Beauty fabric bead, opening up an eyepin, 6mm black drop crystal and 3mm crystal. Make a simple closed loop.
  6. Open bottom loop and add one end of a 2 inch piece of chain, slip through square crystal and hook chain through eye pin loop. Close loop and let rest of chain dangle down. Repeat 3 times.
  7. String the following onto an eyepin:  bead, silver decorative ball, seed bead, create a simple loop and close loop. Make 7 of these silver ball bead links.
  8. Attach each component to the next in this order: ball link, seed bead resin filigree, ball link, 3 chain links, ball link, seed bead resin filigree, ball link, 3 chain links, ball link, seed bead resin filigree, ball link.
  9. Attach end of necklace to medium 4.5’ copper chain. Repeat for other side.
  10. Layout the small chain, the silver chain underneath the small chain and the necklace underneath the silver chain.
  11. Attach the end of each chain to 3-hole filigree finding with a jump ring. Repeat for all 6 chain ends.
  12. Attach the end of a filigree to textured jump ring using a jump ring.
  13. Attach the lobster clasp to the other filigree with a jump ring and add ball link.
