Earrings:
Connect one petal charm to a spiral butterfly with a 20g jump ring.  Open the loop on the ear wire and connect the top of the petal charm.  Repeat to make a pair.

Charm Bracelet:
Stamp and Patina the Charms:

*If you're new to stamping charms, it's a good idea to practice on a piece of clay or scrap metal first to get the spacing right.
Lay the frame charm on the steel block.  Place a letter punch in the frame and strike the end with a hammer.  Repeat for remaining letters.
For this set, I stamped "fly" on the small brass frames and "wish" on the oval silver frame.
Mix some guilder's paste with a drop of Turpenoid and brush over the letters.  Wipe the top of the surface so pigment stays in the letter areas.

Make the Dangles:
Use the photo as a guide to create beaded head pins of all different shapes and lengths.  Anything goes!  Mix and match the metal beads along with crystals to highlight each element. Finish each beaded head pin with a wrapped loop.
As a tip-it's a good idea to create a beaded dangle for each link of chain.  An odd number of links is ideal so you have a center link to attach a focal charm to.  In this case, the large stamped "wish" charm.  From here out, create an identical pair of dangles so you have one for each side.

Put it All Together:
Cut two pieces of chain in desired metal colors so they are 7" (or desired length).
Attach the toggle clasps to both ends of the chains with jump rings.
Thread the needle with the dyed ribbon, folding the ribbon in half.  Weave the ribbon through each link of chain.  Tie in a knot at each end next to the clasp.  Add a drop of hypo-cement to secure.
Starting with the center link, attach the focal charm and move outward connecting each dangle to the opposite side of the chain with a jump ring.
