Purple & Blue Druzy Necklace by Molly Schaller


Materials:
94115 2 small purple round druzy sliders
94116 3 large purple round druzy sliders
94101 2 large faceted purple sliders
94112 2 oval purple sliders
94120 1 purple teardrop druzy slider
20" gunmetal chain
13 6mm gunmetal jumprings
1 10 mm gunmetal jumpring
1 4mm gunmetal jumrping
1 gunmetal toggle clasp

Techniques:
Opening and closing a jumpring

Tools:
Wire cutters
Round-nose pliers
Chain-nose pliers

Instructions:

  1. Open the 10mm jumpring and slide it through the purple teardrop druzy slider's upper holes. Open the 4mm jumpring and use it to attach the 10mm jumpring to a hole of one large purple round druzy slider.
  2. Find the center of your chain by folding it in half. Use a jumpring to attach the opposite hole of the large purple round druzy slider with attached purple teardrop druzy slider to this link of the chain.
  3. Attach a 6mm jumpring to each of two top holes of one oval purple slider. Use a third jumpring to connect these two jumprings, and pass the jumpring through the eighth link from the center link of the chain.
  4. Use a 6mm jumpring to attach a large faceted purple slider to the eighth link of chain from the previous step.
  5. Use a 6mm jumpring to attach a large purple round druzy slider to the eighth link of chain from the previous step.
  6. Use a 6mm jumpring to attach a small purple round druzy slider to the sixth link of chain from the previous step.
  7. Repeat steps 3 through 6 on the other side of the necklace working out from the center link.
  8. Open the first link of the chain and attach it to the toggle bar. Open the final link of the chain and attach it to the toggle ring.
