One Strand Wonders
Kristal shows a variety of earrings, bracelets and a necklace all from one Dakota Stones Blue Apatite double drilled rectangle bead strand. She’ll show you all the steps needed to make the Good Apatite Memory Wire Bracelet.

Materials needed
57 Tierracast Silver Antique Small Turkish Heishi Spacer  (SA-0425)
Dakota Stones Blue Apatite 10x20mm Double Drilled Rectangle Bead Strand  (R0199)
Dakota Stones Dumortierite 10x20mm Double Drilled Bead Strand  (R0387)
Dakota Stones Pyrite 6mm Faceted Roundel Bead Strand (R0413)
Dakota Stones Blue Goldstone 4mm Round Bead Strand (R0389)
Dakota Stones Blue Apatite 4mm Round Bead Strand (R0437)
3 - 925/10 Silver-Filled 2-Inch Head Pin, 22 Gauge (FIND-0700)
Memory Wire LARGE Silver Bracelet 1oz (MWIRE-B2S)
Memory Wire Shear (TOOL-104)
Round Nose Pliers (TOOL-108)
Flat Nose Pliers (TOOL-107)

Instructions

  1. Cut three wires the same length 4-5 inches larger than you need to fit around your wrist.
  2. Make a small loop on the end of  Wire #1 and string the following:

    Blue Apatite bead rectangle bead, spacer, Goldstone round bead, Pyrite bead, Goldstone round bead, spacer. Repeat pattern 8 more times. Make a small loop at the other end of Wire #1.

  3. Make a small loop on the end of  Wire #2 and string the following:

    Dumortierite rectangle bead, spacer, Blue Apatite round bead, Pyrite bead, Blue Apatite round bead. Spacer. Repeat pattern 8 more times. Make a small loop at the other end of Wire #2.

  4. Make a small loop on the end of Wire #3 and string it through the rectangle bead holes adding a spacer between each rectangle bead. Repeat pattern 8 more times and add a spacer. Make a small loop at the other end of Wire #3.
  5. Line up the loops on the end of each wire and secure together with a jump ring or dangle. Make three dangles by stringing a Pyrite bead and a spacer onto a head pin and wrap the loop.
