Begin by making the Needle Tatted portion of the earrings.  Make two.

1)            R:  2-2-2-2-2-2 CL RW
2)            Ch:  3-3-3-3 RW
3)            R:  2-2+(to the fourth picot of the previous ring) 2-2-2-2 CL RW
4)            Ch:  3-3-3-3 RW
5)            R:  2-2+(to the fourth picot of the previous ring) 2-2-2-2 CL RW
6)            Ch:  3-3-3-3 RW
7)            R:  2-2+(to the fourth picot of the previous ring) 2-2-2-2 CL RW
8)            Cut both the needle thread and the ball thread
9)            Place a drop of G-S Hypo Fabric Cement on the knot and let it dry
10)          Once dry, trim the threads close to the knot taking care not to cut the knot
11)          To give body to your tatting you can either spay it with the spray starch or mix equal parts white glue and water and dip the tatting into the mixture.  Lay the tatting on a flat surface to dry.  Adjust the picots and tatting as needed.  You can dry the tatting with a hair dryer taking care not to burn the tatting.
