Talisman Necklace

Materials Needed

-Brass Blank (Swallow Design)

-24 inches Brass Oval Necklace Chain

-6 inches Medium Brass Circle Chain

-2 inches Large Brass Circle chain

-Brass Lobster Clasp

-Large Turquoise Drop

-Green Glass Bead

-2 x 8 inches pieces of 22g Brass Wire

-4 or more Bronze spacers

-2 or more 24g Brass Head pins

-2 or more etched jump rings

TOOLS Needed;

Embossing Machine & Embossing Folders

Metal Patinas (amethyst &verdigris)

Chain nose pliers

Bent chain nose pliers

Round nose pliers

Flush Cutter

 

 

 

Instructions:

Step One:

Texturize Brass Swallow Blank

Step Two:

Add Verdigris & Amythest Patina & Sand Away

Step Three:

Wire Wrap Turquoise Pendant

Step Four:

Wire Wrap Bird onto Chain

Step Five: 

Wire Wrap Other Elements on Chain using Brass Headpins

Step Six:

Add Turquoise Drop and Amethyst Charm on Medium Circle Chain with Jump Rings

Step Seven:

String Necklace Chain through Middle Link of Medium Circle Chain so that
Turquoise Drop and Amethyst Charm dangle on either side

Step Eight:

String 2 Links Large Circle Chain with Swallow Blank onto Necklace Chain

Step Nine:

Add Lobster Clasp on Chain
