Beadalon® Wire Cutters

Instructions
1. The finished necklace will be a dramatic 44” long. First, make the segments of chain to be used in between the individual beads. Cut 18-1 ¾” segments of chain (about 10 links of the Medium Wide Cable Chain #61136). Set the segments of chain aside to make the Resin Bead links.

2. Next, the pattern must be established by arranging a variety of 18 Resin Beads in the desired order. In this project, the distance between the Resin Beads is approximately 2” to make the necklace feel fluid and movable. This example uses a green, blue, green, blue, green red pattern and repeats 3 times.

3. Keeping the Resin Beads in the selected order, make them all one at a time into a link before connecting them with the chain. To do this, string the Resin Bead onto the Eye Pin and push the wire into a 90 degree angle using the edge of the bead. Snip the wire so that less than a ½” remains on the bent tail. Use the Round Nose Pliers to roll the wire into a plain loop. Repeat this process with each bead until all beads are made into links.

4. Taking the beads in the pre-selected order, link them together with the chain in between each bead. Because the necklace is such a long length, no clasp is required and the necklace is completed when the last segment is attached to the first Resin Bead link.

Earrings
1. Begin the earring by cutting 2 two-link segments of chain. String 1-Clear “E” bead (from any Resin Bead package), 1-Blue Resin bead and 1_Green Resin bead onto a head pin. Attach the plain loop at the Ear Wire by opening the Ear Wire hook.

2. Repeat Step 1 to make the second earring to the pair.
