Fun and simple to attach, Magnetic Clasps are strong and stylish. Super-strong magnets make fastening secure and easy. A great clasp option for those who struggle opening and closing other types of clasps.

There are several different styles of magnetic clasp, and each one has a different method for attaching to the stringing material. Choose the clasp/method that will work best for your design.

Standard loop-style magnetic clasp:
1. Pass the beading wire through a crimp or Scrimp® finding.
2. Pass it through a Wire Guardian™ and the clasp loop.
3. Pass it back through the crimp or Scrimp® finding.
4. Fasten the crimp or Scrimp® finding.

Tube magnetic clasp:
1. Pass the stringing material through the hole in the end of the clasp.
2. Knot or crimp the stringing material inside the clasp.

Magnacrimp:

1. Place the Magnacrimp on one end of the beading wire.
2. Use a standard crimping tool to fasten the Magnacrimp onto the wire.
*For more design options, use MagnaCrimps to secure multiple strands of smaller diameter Beadalon Wires.

Magnetic Scrimp® clasp:
1. Loosen the screw on the side of the magnetic Scrimp® finding.
2. Pass the beading wire through the hole in the end of the clasp.
3. Tighten the screw to fasten the beading wire in place.
